That's the whole arc in one line. Brent didn't study his way into action sports — he grew up in it. One of Active Ride Shop's first snowboard team riders, he turned a lifelong obsession with skate and snow into a marketing career that's lasted three decades and never once felt like work. He's the rare operator who can talk shop with a pro rider at the bowl and a buyer in the boardroom in the same afternoon — because he's genuinely lived both sides.
